Enlist in Peace

Today was a great day, met up with Kiwi 2JX KH and other new friends. Thankyou all for taking your times out this week to meet up.

IT show 2008 was alright for me, as I had no mood to buy anything cause I will be enlisting tomorrow at 9.30am. Later we all went down to Arab Street to try and find this Russian Restaurant, but apparently it had closed down... so we ate at this place called Chilli Code (Indian Restaurant). Freaking not enough sia... haha. One guy ordered the dishes cause we all did not know anything about indian cuisine, so we just left it up to the guy who picked the restaurant. We ended up eating appetizers which were not enuf, but very tastey nonetheless. We then headed down to Cineleisure to watch THE HAPPENING. Which I thought was a complete rip off, cause it did keep me in suspense, but the CLIMAX which I was looking forward to never arrived....

The night ended quite well though, and I can now Enlist with peace, cause I know that the phase of life after my army is more or less settled too :)

Dirty Money

OK, so this week will be my last week at Pick N Go 101.

SOOO, why is todays post called dirty money? I decided to write something upin honor of a regular customer who also happens to work in the Kopitiam. Anyway, he comes in to buy cigs, and twelve out of ten times, his dough will be freaking oily .... and thats not all, after ridding the oil off my fingers, I have to deal with the SMELL... so yea.. its good money, but dirty money ... cause I get about say 58+ bucks from him, but in the form of oily smelly notes and coins....

Guess my mum's notion about not putting money in your mouth of handling food after handling money was right huh... (i used to put dollar coins in my mouth when I was in kinder/primary school) Don't ask me why cause I don't know... I rest my case.
